Refund Policy

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RecruiterLens for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email us at support@recruiterlens.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After the guarantee period, if you cancel mid-year, you will retain access for the remainder of the paid year but no partial refund will be issued.

Refunds may be denied if we determine that the Service was used in violation of our Terms of Service, or if a refund has already been issued for the same account within the past 12 months.
