By accessing or using RecruiterLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

RecruiterLens is a web-based application that uses artificial intelligence to compare candidate resumes against job descriptions, providing match scores, skill gap analysis, and hiring recommendations.

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Upload content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the property of RecruiterLens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

Usage limits are determined by your plan tier (Free or Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free tier. See our Pricing page for current rates.

RecruiterLens provides AI-generated analysis as a decision-support tool. Hiring decisions remain your sole responsibility. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
